The Curated Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an invite-only private network offering exclusive social experiences for professionals and expats in Warsaw. These Terms & Conditions govern membership, event participation, and community engagement. By joining or attending an event, you agree to comply with these terms.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of The Curated Collective and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without explicit permission from The Curated Collective.

• Invitation & Application:​

  • Applicants must complete a screening process to ensure alignment with community values.

  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke invitation at our discretion. If doing so the individual will receive the return of payment for given event.

• Age Requirement:

  • Members must be at least 25 years old to participate.

• Community Standards:

  • Members are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive attitude.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in membership termination.

• Event Registration & Fees:

  • Events require prior registration and payment.

  • Fees (event ticket price) are refundable only when registration of the participant is declined by The Curated Collective.

• Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • If a member is unable to attend, they must notify the organizers at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Repeated no-shows may affect future participation.

  • Fees are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows.

• Dress Code & Conduct:

  • Members are expected to adhere to a smart-casual or event-specific dress code.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour during events will lead to immediate removal.

• Privacy & Confidentiality:

  • Event discussions, member details, and shared insights are strictly confidential.

  • Members may not disclose personal or business information about others without consent.

• Photography & Media:

  • By attending, members grant permission for event photos/videos to be used in marketing materials unless they request otherwise.

• Respect for Others:

  • We foster a space of mutual respect, discretion, and trust.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct is not tolerated.

• Networking Etiquette:

  • The Curated Collective is about authentic relationships, not aggressive self-promotion.

  • Direct solicitation of business or sales is discouraged unless organically initiated.

• Personal Conduct:

  • Members attend events at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for their actions.

• Event Safety & Well-Being:

  • The Curated Collective is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses occurring at events.

• Third-Party Services:

  • Some events involve external partners (restaurants, venues, activities).

  • We are not responsible for third-party services, but we aim to collaborate with trusted providers.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
